About
George R Oryshkewych, Esq.
I am a lifelong resident of Greater Cleveland. I obtained both a bachelor's degree and my law degree at Case Western Reserve University.
I was sworn in as an attorney in November of 1992. In June of 1993, I started a private practice in my offices in Independence, Ohio. Over the past 32
years, I have developed a practice concentrating in civil litigation; specifically, personal injury litigation.
Throughout the last twelve years, I have litigated cases in municipal court, County Court of Common Pleas, and in federal court. I have litigated
cases in more than 30 counties throughout Ohio, and my practice continues to expand throughout the state. In addition, I have handled many cases
at the Court of Appeals.
At the present, my practice concentrates on auto accident litigation, including uninsured and underinsured claims. We also handle all types of
personal injury cases, including slip/trip and fall, premises liability, dog bites, assaults, and all other negligence claims. My support staff
and I are able to handle almost all aspects of civil litigation.
